Auto Replenishment Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is Kiehl's Auto Replenishment?

Auto Replenishment is a convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. You always have complete control over your deliveries and will receive pre-shipment emails before orders are placed. There is never an obligation to continue. You can cancel any Kiehl's Auto Replenishment orders if you no longer wish to receive them visting in the Manage AutoReplenishment page of our site. Changes to orders can be made anytime within 24 hours of the scheduled order shipment date.

2. How do I sign up for Kiehl's Auto Replenishment?

Signing up for Kiehl's Auto Replenishment is easy. Simply select the Kiehl's Auto Replenishment option and the frequency you want to have products delivered. Then check out as you normally would. You receive a separate email showing any Kiehl's Auto Replenishment products and their delivery schedules.

3. How do I view my future or past orders?

You can view your future and past Kiehl's Auto Replenishment orders on the My Next Order table in Manage AutoReplenishment. Your very next scheduled order will be showing when you go to the page. 

4. How do I change the email address for pre-shipment emails?

You can change the email address for pre-shipment emails by calling 1-800-543-4572 any time between Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

5. How do I change my shipping address?

To change the shipping address for an order simply go to the Addresses tab in the My Kiehl's section and you will see the shipping address. Click the "Edit" link to change the shipping address.

6. How do I skip a delivery?

If you need to skip a delivery, simply go to Manage AutoReplenishmentYou will see your next scheduled order on the My Next Orders table. Click the "Cancel" link near the next order date to skip an order. The next delivery will be shipped according to your next order date.

7. When will I be charged for orders?

Orders will only be billed to the credit card or deducted from the debit card for that order on the day the order is shipped. You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date.

8. How do I cancel?

You can cancel Kiehl's Auto Replenishment orders or individual items at any time. To cancel an order simply go to the My Next Order in Manage AutoReplenishment and click the "Cancel" link to remove the item from the order. To cancel all future deliveries for an individual item simply go to the My Subscriptions in  Manage AutoReplenishment and click the "Cancel renewal" link for that item and confirm.

9. What is the difference between My Next Orders and My Subscriptions ?

The My Next Orders shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for Kiehl's Auto Replenishment if the items have the same delivery date and shipping address. The My Subscriptions shows individual Kiehl's Auto Replenishment items and the details for that individual item including the replenishment interval and date of renewal. 

10. When do items ship for delivery?

Any items scheduled for delivery will be placed for shipment on the next order date. Once your Kiehl's Auto Replenishment order is placed for shipment it will usually ship within 24 hours. All Kiehl's Auto Replenishment orders ship by standard shipping. You can view and cancel your next order visting My Subscriptions in the Manage AutoReplenishment page of My Kiehl’s section. 

11. How do I access My Auto Replenishment items?

You should have received an email for any Auto Replenishment items you have. You can click on the email links to access your Auto Replenishment items in  Manage AutoReplenishment. If you do not have the email, simply call 1-800-543-4572 and we'll be happy to help you.
