Returns will only be accepted if items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

- Exchange in Store Only: Need a different size or color? No problem! We're happy to offer exchanges for your new apparel, but please note that exchanges can only be processed in our Kiehl’s Boutique locations.
- Returns Only In-Store: For returns, we kindly ask you to visit one of our Kiehl’s Boutique locations. Our friendly staff will assist you with the return process. We do not accept online returns.
- No Returns in Province Of Canada Locations: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns at Province Of Canada locations. Please visit our Kiehl’s Boutique locations for all returns.
