And while we hope you'll love your new apparel, we understand that sometimes things just don't click. We accept returns and exchanges 28 days after in-store purchase or online delivery . Returns will only be accepted if items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Here's a quick overview of our Returns and Exchanges policy:​

1. Exchange in Store Only: Need a different size or color? No problem! We're happy to offer exchanges for your new apparel, but please note that exchanges can only be processed in our Kiehl’s Boutique locations.
2. Returns Only In-Store: For returns, we kindly ask you to visit one of our Kiehl’s Boutique locations. Our friendly staff will assist you with the return process. We do not accept online returns.
3. No Returns in Province Of Canada Locations: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns at Province Of Canada locations. Please visit our Kiehl’s Boutique locations for all returns.​
