The Kiehl’s Rewards program ("Kiehl’s Rewards") is offered by Kiehl’s Canada (“Kiehl’s) is open to legal residents of Canada who are 16 years of age or older at the time of registration. Void where prohibited.
Participation in the Kiehl’s Rewards program is voluntary. You have no obligation to join the Kiehl’s Rewards in order to purchase products at Kiehl’s. Any personal information you provide to Kiehl’s within the scope of the Kiehl’s Rewards will be subject to Kiehl’s privacy policy at Kiehls.ca/privacy-policy
Membership in Kiehl’s Rewards and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Kiehl’s. Kiehl’s may, at any time, terminate, change, limit, modify or cancel Kiehl’s Rewards or any rules, regulations, benefits or conditions of participation by posting the modified rules on this page. Your continued participation in the program after such posting will constitute your acceptance. By enrolling in Kiehl’s Rewards, you hereby represent that you meet the eligibility requirements, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated from time to time by Kiehl’s in its sole discretion. Changes to Kiehl’s Rewards or these Terms and Conditions will be communicated via email or on this web page.

My Kiehl’s Rewards is Kiehl’s loyalty program where members enjoy exclusive offers, early access to seasonal promotions, and so much more. To join, simply provide your contact information to a Kiehl’s Customer Representative in store, or sign up online.

Your member account is activated the day you enroll in My Kiehl’s Rewards. Once you’ve enrolled in My Kiehl’s Rewards, you can earn points by completing qualifying purchases at Kiehl’s Retail Stores or Kiehls.ca.
Your email address is your username for your My Kiehl’s Rewards account. Please be sure to use your registered email address when logging into Kiehls.ca or referencing your My Kiehl’s Rewards account in store.

Once you’ve enrolled in My Kiehl’s Rewards, you can earn points by completing qualifying purchases at Kiehl’s Retail Stores or Kiehls.ca. You can also earn points by referring your friends to join My Kiehl’s Rewards and make a purchase, recycling products in store, bring your own bag to shop in Kiehl’s store and participating in our consultation services.

Points and Kiehl’s Reward Offers will mature the next day after qualifying purchases. Points will accumulate in your loyalty account and can be used for redemption on Kiehl’s products, Kiehl’s Merch or to use ‘pay with points’ at checkout. You can view available rewards and redeem in your Rewards Vault within your My Kiehl’s Rewards Dashboard.

Log in to My Account at https://www.kiehls.ca/en/account and update your information at any time. In store, please let a Kiehl’s Customer Representative know that you have a change to make to your account information and they can take care of it for you.
